Lunch – May be ordered with the school menu, for $3.75 a meal, brought from home or delivered by parent. Friday is pizza day.  Pizza may be purchased for $1.00 per slice. Drink and popsicles may be ordered for $.50 each.

Snacks – No snacks will be provided by OCA during the school day.  All snacks are to be provided from home or may be purchased from our snack machine.  Please see handbook for certain restrictions.

Therapy Services– Therapy is an optional service that is provided when requested by a physician or therapist.  The standard rate for therapy services provided during school hours is $60.00 per hour.

Pre-K hours are 8:00am until 11:50am (Extended Care is available).

Kindergarten through 5th grade hours are 8:00am until 2:55pm

6th grade through 12th grade hours are 8:00am until 3:00pm

Extended Care is optional. Snack will be provided for all who are here after 4:00pm. You will be billed at the end of the month for all Extended Care used.

Extended Care is available from 12:00pm – 5:30pm

12:00-5:30pm   (Kindergarten Readiness students)        $5.00 per day

3:10-5:30pm    (K-5 and up)                                          $5.00 per day

Our Extended Care hours end at 5:30pm  If your child is not picked up by the authorized person indicated on the Emergency Card by 5:30pm, a flat rate of $25.00 will be charged and an additional rate of $2.00 per minute thereafter.  Please respect our staff’s family time by picking your child up by 5:30pm  Your cooperation and support is appreciated.

Registration and (Re-) enrollment Fee – These fees are paid one time per year at the time of registration and are required for each child enrolled, regardless of the date of enrollment. These non-refundable fees include such items as agenda, plastic envelope, yearbook, student on-campus accident insurance, tech support, Terra Nova testing materials and scoring, and textbooks.

Tuition Payment Frequency – Ten Installments (due July 1st through April 1st)

Full Tuition Discount – A $100.00 discount will be given if the entire annual tuition is paid in full by July 1st.

Multiple Child Discount (same family, students currently enrolled) – A $200 discount will be given to the tuition of each additional child enrolled after the first.

 

TUITION

Pre-Kindergarten’s annual tuition is $3000 ($300 a month) with a registration fee of $355.

K5-12th grades annual tuition is $5500 ($550 a month) with a registration fee of $455.

K5 will have a graduation fee of $50 and seniors will have a fee of $65.

All new students in 1st-12th grade will have a $40 fee for Admissions Testing.

McKay Scholarship Program

fldoe_shrinkFlorida’s school-choice programs ensure that no child will be left behind by allowing parents to choose the best educational setting—public or private—for their child. The McKay Scholarships for Students with Disabilities Program is offered through the public school system, and they set the award amount (an amount which generally comes close to our enrollment costs).
