If you know in advance that you will be signing your child out early, please notify the Teacher by writing a note or email and submitting it before 9:00am on the day of the early checkout.

If a situation arises during the school day, and the student needs to be checked out early, OCA asks that he or she be picked up before 2:00pm to avoid dismissal conflicts.

Students who are leaving school early due to a sporting event should be checked out at the end of 7th hour.

Students checked out before 11:15am will be considered absent for the entire school day. See more about absences and early checkouts in the Parent/Student Handbook.
