All students in K5 through 12th grades will be dropped off in the Back Lot between at 7:30am and 7:55am. (Secondary students driving to school park in the Front Lot.) The Drop Off line makes a U-shape in the neighborhood to the East of the school. It goes East on SE 6th Street, turns South onto SE 4th Avenue, and then turns West onto SE 7th Street.
Once you have entered the Back Lot, drive around to drop off your student, stopping at the next available numbered sign. Our Staff will assist you at Drop Off. We ask that you help Drop Off run smoothly by having your student ready to exit the vehicle with all their belongings. Please be patient and respectful with our Staff as they work to keep a safe environment during this time. When exiting the Back Lot, only a Left Turn is allowed onto SE 2nd Avenue.
All students in K5 through 5th grades will be dismissed at 2:55pm; students in these grades walking off campus will be dismissed at 3:00pm. All other students (6th through 12th grades—including student drivers) will be dismissed at 3:00pm. Dismissal takes place in the Back Lot. The Dismissal Line follows the same as morning Drop Off.
Once you have entered the Back Lot, drive around to pick up your student, stopping at the next available numbered sign (#1-#3). Our Staff will assist you in student pickup. We ask that you help dismissal run smoothly by having this year’s windshield sign visible and your student load from the driver’s side of the vehicle. Please be patient and respectful with our traffic Staff as they work to keep a safe environment during this time.

Both Rainy-Day Drop Off and Rainy-Day Dismissal follow the same directions around the neighborhood in the U-shape as described in detail within regular drop off and dismissal. However, after entering the back parking lot, follow the drive around and continue underneath the covered walkway between Buildings A and B (see photo above.) Please be patient with OCA staff as they are maintaining a safe environment during rainy-day drop-off and dismissal.
Extended Care Pick-Up during rainy days will be at the door to Building B, beneath the covered walkway. When the weather is fair, continue to drive between Buildings A and B up to the playground gate. An extended care staff member will assist you.
